Job summary

Ford seeks an experienced product leader to own the end-to-end digital strategy for its electrification portfolio, spanning grid services, core EV functions, and the Blue Oval Charge Network across mobile and in-vehicle surfaces.

You will guide a global team, translate customer needs into technical requirements and drive feature delivery for current EV models and the future UEV platform, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of Product Management leadership.
• Willingness to work in Dearborn, MI or Palo Alto, CA in person.
• Background in EVs, energy services, or automotive tech.
• Experience leading large cross-functional software projects across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital product strategy and roadmap for electrification portfolio.
• Lead a team of product managers/pillar owners.
• Align with engineering, design and other stakeholders across a global organization.
• Define the vision for Ford's charging ecosystem for public and home use.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements backed by data and industry knowledge.
• Measure success and continuously improve products using principled methods.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Articulate electrification product vision and report progress to executives.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives.
