Ford’s Model E team is pursuing a fully electric transportation future. This role designs and manages the next generation of software products for Ford Fathom, our future connected vehicle, built from the ground up in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product design, or business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of go-to-market and product management experience.
• 3+ years managing products with mobile apps, cloud connectivity, and connected devices or digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Trend Forecasting: translate global software trends into a connected experience roadmap.
• Business Case Development: own pricing, packaging, and forecast monetized features.
• Lifecycle Synchronization: align software lifecycles with vehicle development.
• Requirements Definition: write cross-domain product requirements including safety.
• Ecosystem Integration: ensure a seamless customer experience across vehicle and mobile app.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead teams across software, design, engineering, and safety.
• Strategic Partnerships: collaborate with technology providers and partners.
• Licensing & Data Privacy: manage licensing and data privacy with legal teams.
• Launch Strategy: go‑to‑market plans with marketing and sales.
• OTA Updates: define roadmap for post-purchase updates.
• Performance Analytics: use telemetry and reviews to drive improvements.
