Vehicle Driver / Personal Care Attendant

StarCare Specialty Health System (StarCare) is seeking a full-time Personal Care Attendant / Transportation Driver to support the region's frail and elderly populations at Silver Star.

Responsibilities

• Providing transportation services to participants, including assistance with travel to/from home, appointments, community events, and outings.

Essential Duties

• Assist individuals with ADL’s/IADL’s such as grooming, bathing, meals, and housekeeping.

Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to meet needs, totaling at least 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements

• Pass pre-hire drug and background checks.
• Possess a Texas driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and insurability.
