Slate in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for Vehicle Diagnostics and EOL Calibration to support vehicle commissioning, diagnostics, and manufacturing execution. You will work across brake, steering, ADAS, and body control systems to ensure reliable EOL validation and calibration in a fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive manufacturing, vehicle diagnostics, EOL commissioning or calibration.
• Hands-on CAN/CAN-FD and UDS diagnostics experience in vehicle manufacturing.
• Experience with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape and vFlash.
• Familiarity with calibration processes including wheel alignment, camera/ADAS alignment, ECU flashing.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and support End of Line validation and calibration across vehicle systems (brake, steering, ADAS, body controls).
• Use CAN, CAN-FD, and UDS to diagnose communication issues and validate manufacturing software.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Diagnostics, Software, Validation, and Supplier teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support launch activities, prototype and production builds, and tooling validation.
• Develop and maintain plant diagnostic procedures and automated validation/calibration tools.
