Responsibilities

• Vehicle Orientation & Delivery: Welcome customers and tailor delivery to their needs, oversee deliveries for the Sales team, and demonstrate Subaru features and apps.
• Customer Education: Answer questions about vehicle technology and maintain Subaru product knowledge.
• Follow-Up & Customer Support: Follow up after delivery to ensure understanding of features and assist with tech questions.
• Sales Team & Dealership Support: Train staff on new Subaru technology and report delivery needs to Sales Manager.
• General duties as assigned by the manager.
