You will guide customers through orientation, demonstrations, and setup of vehicle apps, while ensuring a smooth, informative handoff and lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.

• Patient and comfortable explaining technology to people with different levels of experience.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and personalize each vehicle delivery to their needs.
• Oversee vehicle deliveries for the Sales team and ensure customers receive clear, complete information.
• Demonstrate Subaru features, technical systems, controls, and technology.
• Help customers pair their phones and set up vehicle apps and connected services.
• Introduce quick guides and online resources customers can use after delivery.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and support ownership experience.
