Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ is seeking a Delivery Specialist to make the vehicle delivery experience easy and exciting for customers. Training is provided, and automotive experience is helpful but not required. Join a family-owned dealership with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

You will guide customers through orientation, demonstrations, and setup of vehicle apps, while ensuring a smooth, informative handoff and lasting customer relationships.

• Demonstrate Subaru features, technical systems, controls, and technology.
• Help customers pair their phones and set up vehicle apps and connected services.
• Introduce quick guides and online resources customers can use after delivery.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and support ownership experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Vehicle Orientation & Delivery

• Welcome customers and personalize each vehicle delivery to their needs.
• Oversee vehicle deliveries for the Sales team and make sure customers receive clear, complete information.
• Demonstrate Subaru features, technical systems, controls, and technology.
• Help customers pair their phones and set up vehicle apps and connected services.
• Introduce quick guides and online resources customers can use after delivery.

Customer Education

• Proactively engage with customers who visit the retailer to answer questions and respond to concerns.
• Resolve customer questions about vehicle technology and troubleshoot features.
• Maintain strong product and technical knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Research and maintain Subaru product information and technical resources to support clear customer explanations.
• Develop and practice presentations that help customers understand Subaru vehicles and their features.

Follow-Up & Customer Support

• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and make sure they understand their vehicle’s features.
• Work with the Sales department, including by appointment, to assist customers with technology questions.
• Build positive, lasting relationships that support a great ownership experience.

Sales Team & Dealership Support

• Train Sales staff and other dealership personnel on new Subaru technology.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and customer delivery needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to help to work every day.
• Take on other related responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
