Job summary

ACV Auctions is hiring a Certified Condition Report Writer to inspect customer vehicles upon receipt, document condition with VCRs, photos, and data entry, and coordinate with the auction team to ensure a smooth process. You will identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues, and support the overall integrity of the auction experience.

Qualifications

• Inspect vehicles to identify damage and issues at receipt.
• Complete Vehicle Condition Reports and take photos.
• Communicate with management and staff to ensure smooth auctions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with moving vehicles and other related duties.
• Must be able to work in auction lot setting.
