Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Supervisor to monitor and assure vehicle asset lifecycle and regulatory compliance across federal, state DOT, IFTA, IRP, and Marvin policies. The role requires solving problems, driving process execution, and data analytics with limited travel.

You will supervise Safety Specialists, partner with stakeholders to optimize processes, and contribute to program audits and continuous improvements in Transportation Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable certifications preferred.
• 4–7 years of supervisory experience in vehicle registration, licensing, permitting processes at state/federal level.
• Proficient knowledge of DoT regulatory program compliance and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Safety Specialists and related roles to fulfill program responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal staff and operations to analyze results and manage policy execution.
• Develop, monitor, and improve compliance programs and policies.
