Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in vehicle check-in, auction operations, or similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read VINs, mileage, and title information accurately.
• Proficiency with computer software including Excel and auction systems.

Responsibilities

• Begin the check-in process for arriving vehicles and maintain efficiency.
• Verify and record vehicle information (VIN, mileage, condition reports, titles).
• Inspect vehicles for damage or discrepancies and resolve them accordingly.
• Collaborate with drivers, sellers, and staff to resolve check-in issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during check-in.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of vehicle check-ins.
• Communicate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer inquiries with professional service during check-in.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
