Job summary

Lloyd Honda/BMW Motorrad in Carlisle is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to support the sales operation behind the scenes. You will handle vehicle administration, liaise with Sales Management and Finance, and help ensure a smooth customer journey across departments.

The role emphasises accuracy, organisation and teamwork. Flexible hours and a supportive, technology-enabled environment are highlighted. Prior automotive admin experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experienced in vehicle or dealership administration.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Experience with Kerridge systems is desirable.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key vehicle administration processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise across departments and support the wider sales operation.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA and RAV requirements.
