Lloyd Honda/BMW Motorrad in Carlisle is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to support the sales operation behind the scenes. You will handle vehicle administration, liaise with Sales Management and Finance, and help ensure a smooth customer journey across departments.

About The Role

This is a pivotal role within the dealership, working closely with the Sales Management and Finance teams while supporting the wider sales operation.

You’ll be responsible for managing key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role involves liaising across departments, maintaining compliance standards, and working with manufacturer systems and industry regulations including GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements.

The ideal Vehicle Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail


• Experienced in vehicle or dealership administration

• Experience within a busy administrative environment is essential, ideally within the automotive sector.
