Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, website requests, and emails promptly, and make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments for the showroom and service appointments for the service department.
• Log all customer interactions, update data, and ensure accuracy in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Follow up with "no-show" customers and maintain contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, dealership promotions, and vehicle features.
