Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Vegetation Management & Forestry, Manager in Wildomar, CA. You will lead a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists, supervise contractor activities, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met to maintain system reliability.

This hybrid role requires deep experience in vegetation management, safety oversight, and program governance. Travel up to 60% and reporting to an SCE facility are expected as part of optimizing field operations and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of vegetation/forestry management or leadership experience.
• Experience in safety, environmental compliance, and quality oversight of contract workforce.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily management and problem-solving to ensure standardized processes and 24/7 storm support.
• Serve as Authorized Edison Representative (AER) for High Risk contractors and manage safety metrics.
• Develop and implement new vegetation management technologies.
• Plan work scope, scheduling, and budget to meet quality and timelines.
• Provide program governance and quality control to ensure system reliability.
• Mentor and develop talent, promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Develop area vegetation maintenance programs and train operations personnel.
• Create and manage project budgets and vendor performance.
• Represent SCE VM with partners, agencies, and the public.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
