Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Senior Manager, Vegetation Management Strategy & Technology to lead enterprise platforms that support field execution, including Arbora, Salesforce, Field Maps, Fulcrum, and CanopySense. You will drive change management, collaboration with IT, operations, and regulatory stakeholders, and ensure sustained adoption of new tools with measurable gains.

You will mentor teams, shape technology roadmaps, and guide scoping and prioritization of vegetation

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supervising a team and/or managing projects.
• Experience using business operations software and systems (ERP, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Ensures organization readiness to adopt and implement new initiatives, technologies, or processes.
• Facilitates collaboration among team members and stakeholders; schedules meetings and communicates updates.
• Monitors progress against targets; identifies improvements and aligns initiatives with goals.
• Establishes KPIs and metrics; analyzes data on progress, resources, and outcomes.
• Prepares reports, dashboards, or presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Evaluates processes and workflows; optimizes efficiency and may use automation tools.
• Anticipates and manages changes; revises plans and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Drives continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Mentors implementation teams and supports junior members; monitors performance.
