• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen guests, employees, and vendors using Xtract machines, bag checks, and visual inspections in compliance with venue security protocols.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for restricted zones.
• Manage crowd flow during guest ingress and egress; assist in high-traffic areas.
• Conduct patrols around venue perimeter and high-risk zones to identify suspicious activity.
• Escort VIPs, staff, and talent through secure pathways and respond to incidents as required.
