Sierra Solutions in the United States is seeking a Managed Services / Business Applications Operations Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, strategy, and optimization across Commercial, Quality, R&D, and Corporate domains in life sciences.

The role combines architecture expertise, client engagement leadership, and managed services execution to support biopharma and mid-sized pharmaceutical organizations, ensuring GxP compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8 years of life sciences consulting, business analysis, or Veeva Vault implementation experience.
• Deep expertise across the Veeva Vault ecosystem and strong understanding of GxP validation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Veeva Vault applications including PromoMats, MedComms, CRM, QualityDocs, and more.
• Provide expertise for core Corporate platforms supporting functions such as Legal, Finance, and Training.
• Manage a portfolio of life sciences clients, serve as a trusted advisor, and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
• Oversee managed services delivery, optimize internal processes, and ensure system performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to scope new opportunities, estimate project budgets, and support client expansion.
• Ensure implementations adhere to GxP standards and maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor teams, manage performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative delivery culture.
