Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Veeva Event Management Tech Lead to drive the design, configuration, integration, and delivery of end-to-end event management solutions. You will work with business, functional, integration, testing, and support teams to deliver scalable and compliant capabilities.

You will guide technical delivery, mentor developers, and ensure solutions meet pharma compliance, security, and data governance standards across the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical design and delivery of Veeva Event Management solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical configurations.
• Knowledge of event lifecycle capabilities and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Veeva Event Management capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Own solution design for event lifecycle, including creation, planning, speaker and attendee management, approvals, and closure.
• Lead Veeva configuration, development, integrations, and deployments.
• Design and oversee integrations between Veeva and upstream/downstream platforms.
• Provide estimates for enhancements and change requests.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause resolution.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with Veeva leads, architects, developers, testers, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance, security, audit, and data governance.
