Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to help major pharmaceutical and biotech clients organize and manage their customer and product data. You will design and implement Veeva Network MDM to give clients a single, accurate view of doctors, hospitals, and partners across sources.

You will lead a small internal team, work directly with clients to understand needs, design system setups, and drive delivery on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services leading customer-facing technology implementations.
• 3+ years configuring Veeva Network MDM or similar master data management systems.
• Solid understanding of data integration tools incl. SQL, ETL, APIs, CSV/FTP.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery and client-facing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus client relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and ability to travel 20–30% for meetings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Projects: manage end-to-end software implementations for global clients.
• Design Data Solutions: configure platform to track professionals, orgs, and product data.
• Connect Systems: integrate Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM for accurate profiles.
• Configure Portals & Widgets: build dashboards for easy data access by business users.
• Advise Stakeholders: run workshops, translate technical concepts to business language.
• Improve the Team: train juniors and create reusable templates for faster futures.
