Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive go-to-market strategy and commercial success for Veeva Digital Events services. You will collaborate with sales, partners, customer teams, and product leadership to standardize HCP engagements across the event lifecycle.

The role requires 7+ years in life sciences, a BS/BA, and strong executive presence. You will influence at the C-suite level and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in life sciences Commercial Strategy, Sales/Marketing Ops, Meetings or HCP Engagement.
• BS or BA degree is required.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end event lifecycle within life sciences.
• Proven history of bringing products or services to market.
• Autonomy with CEO mindset to drive outcomes across teams.
• Executive presence to influence at C-suite/VP level.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual storytelling abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute GTM strategy for Veeva Digital Events services.
• Lead deal strategy for Digital Events Services and support pipeline opportunities.
• Create GTM materials to demonstrate capabilities and business value.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate feedback into features.
• Define industry standards for HCP engagements and represent Veeva externally.
• Drive platform adoption and articulate ROI with life sciences customers.
