Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Manager of Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) to lead a team in a remote setting. The role focuses on optimizing, validating, and governing the eQMS platform in a highly regulated healthcare/non-profit environment.

You will provide operational and people leadership, translate regulatory complexity into practical execution, and collaborate across Quality, Regulatory, IT, Product and business functions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, quality, technical, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on expertise with the Veeva platform and related modules.
• Leadership experience guiding teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience with eQMS, document/change control, CAPA, audits, and validation support.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory concepts into business actions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, IT, product and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS operations and team efforts for eQMS improvements.
• Prioritize work across Quality, Regulatory and IT stakeholders.
• Translate complex regulatory concepts into practical plans.
• Develop and communicate team objectives and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and auditable processes.
• Maintain scalable, automated eQMS processes aligned with objectives.
• Manage workload, resources and development for staff.
• Promote quality culture and regulatory awareness.
• Ensure platform optimization and ongoing improvement.
