Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Quality Systems Lead to drive rollout and oversight of Veeva QMS modules, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA/EMA expectations, and company policies across global operations.

You will Partner with QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT to define requirements, manage validation, author SOPs, and lead training; you will serve as SME for quality system initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 12+ years’ experience in Quality/Quality Systems in drug development; knowledge of cGMP/ICH/FDA/EMA.
• Experience implementing/supporting electronic QMS platforms (ideally Veeva Vault QMS).
• Phase-appropriate cGxPs expertise; experience leading Quality System implementation/continuous improvement.
• Experience interacting with regulatory health authorities; understanding of audit/vendor management.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for system issues, deviations, and change controls.
• Support audits and health authority inspections with documentation and inquiries.
