Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Quality Operations Program Manager to oversee document control within the QMS and act as the eDMS system administrator. You will ensure process integrity and regulatory alignment across multiple product lines and domains.

The role requires expertise in GxP, quality systems, and lifecycle management, with a focus on continual improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This is a remote-friendly position with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a regulated quality role in Life Sciences.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document management.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations (GMP, GCP) and ISO9001 is a plus.
• Strong ability to map processes and communicate regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle management of the Document Control process area.
• System Administrator for the internal eDMS, including configuration and user admin.
• Provide quality oversight on regulated activities and deliverables, including validation and product changes.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and advise on quality system compliance.
• Develop metrics and track effectiveness of domain systems.
