Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Veeva Techno-Functional Lead to design, implement, and enhance Veeva-based commercial solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Veeva CRM/Salesforce in a techno-functional role including Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead techno-functional design and delivery support for Veeva CRM initiatives and enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support solution design across business capabilities such as Account and Contact Management, Territory Management, Call Planning and Reporting, CLM/Approved Email, Events Management, Medical Inquiry, Sample Management, and Compliance.
• Work with architects, developers, and integration teams on data, workflows, interfaces, and process improvements.
• Ensure solutions align with compliance, data quality, security, and audit requirements.
