Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Manager of Business Systems and Solutions to partner with the US Commercial organization, optimize CRM usage, and enable data-driven engagement with healthcare professionals. The role focuses on Veeva CRM and an enterprise-wide CRM transformation in 2027, within BOCE in the US Commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years experience implementing or managing Salesforce CRM, Veeva, or related platforms.
• Strong business process optimization and requirements gathering skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams of Business and IT stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with US Sales, TLL, FRM, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Map goals to system and process improvements.
• Lead CRM and system project enhancements from start to finish.
• Drive adoption through change management activities.
• Present new functionality to Senior Leadership.
• Deliver CRM platforms (e.g., RxAdvantage, Veeva Link) that empower field teams.
• Support product launches by capturing and testing CRM requirements in deployment plans.
• Derive insights from data to improve system performance.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve critical Veeva issues and provide feedback loops.
