Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years implementing or managing Salesforce/Veeva platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US Sales, TLL, FRM, and Marketing to map goals to scalable CRM-enabled processes.
• Deliver CRM and system enhancements from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Drive change management to promote adoption of new functionality.
• Present new features to Senior Leadership.
• Support product launches ensuring CRM requirements are captured and tested.
• Leverage data to generate insights for decision-making and system performance.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve Veeva issues and close feedback loops.
• Represent the department in cross-functional projects.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies relevant to a Commercial Org.
