Job summary

Alexion is seeking a Manager of Business Systems and Solutions in a Boston-area role with a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance at least 60% of each month. You will partner with the Commercial organization to optimize CRM, enable data-driven engagement, and support HCP interactions across channels.

This role sits in BOCE within US Commercial and combines technical, project-management, and Commercial Operations know-how to drive efficiency and future success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce/Veeva.
• Strong data analysis and process optimization skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and IT stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with US Sales, TLL, FRM, and Marketing.
• Translate goals into measurable, scalable processes harmonized with CRM/tech.
• Manage CRM/system project enhancements from start to finish.
• Drive adoption through change management and training.
• Present new functionality to Senior Leadership.
• Support product launches with CRM requirements and deployment planning.
• Leverage data to drive insights and improve system performance.
• Coordinate issue resolution for Veeva systems with IT.
• Represent operations in cross-functional projects.
