Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field with five years of pharma experience.
Five years using Veeva CRM, OCE CRM and Salesforce platform with related apps and integrations.
Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks; Apex/Visualforce/Lightning; REST/SOAP APIs; middleware like MuleSoft or SnapLogic.
Proficiency with Power BI and Generative AI methodologies; ability to draft solution blueprints and drive platform adoption.
Experience leading CRM release activities, UX development, onboarding new technologies, and conducting POCs or hackathons.

Responsibilities

Plan, analyze, design, configure, test, release, and implement CRM platforms; collaborate with third parties.
Lead design for releases on Veeva CRM platform and related apps/integrations.
Serve as IT consultant to business partners across regions and areas.
Identify innovation opportunities, run POCs, and promote new platform features.
Participate in business requirements, design activities; lead Design-Build-Test-Deploy phases.
