Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Manager of Business Systems and Solutions in a hybrid Boston role. You will partner with US Commercial teams to optimize CRM usage, enable data-driven engagement with HCPs, and drive a tailorable enterprise CRM transformation, notably around Veeva CRM.

The role requires collaboration across sales, marketing, IT, and operations, strong project management, and hands-on experience with Salesforce/Veeva platforms, with a focus on adoption and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in implementing or managing CRM platforms (Salesforce/Veeva).
• Strong emphasis on business process optimization and scalable systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering with US Sales and Marketing stakeholders for measurable, scalable processes aligned with CRM.
• Map goals to system/process improvements and drive adoption through change management.
• Lead CRM enhancements from start to finish and ensure successful product launches.
• Present new functionality to Senior Leadership and drive end-to-end deployment planning.
