Job summary

Slipstream is seeking a Senior Veeva CRM Business Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will work directly with clients to understand business needs, design scalable CRM solutions, and deliver Veeva CRM implementations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, problem-solving, and transforming ideas into practical, implemented solutions. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in BA roles within enterprise software and at least 5+ years with Veeva CRM in Life Sciences, plus

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations.
• Experience with Veeva CRM modules: Core CRM, CLM, Approved Email, MyInsights, Engage, Events Management, Align, Medical CRM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals and processes.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Design future-state business processes and recommend Veeva CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create BRDs, process flows, and project documentation.
• Support design across Veeva capabilities like Call Reporting, CLM, Engage, Align, and Medical CRM.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and metrics to identify process improvements.
• Plan and facilitate UAT, coordinate testing, manage defects, obtain sign-off.
• Work with Project Managers to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
