Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Veeva CRM Administrator/Developer for Field Enablement in Princeton, NJ. The role focuses on hands-on technical administration, UIX, and development in Vault CRM using Java and JavaScript, supporting global harmonization and AI-enabled solutions.

The candidate will configure Veeva modules, integrate with Salesforce, and collaborate across IT to deliver best-in-class solutions while maintaining documentation and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in technology and 1 year of IT experience in software development, administration and support.
• Experience with JAVA or Salesforce and strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing standards, cloud and native applications is expected.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM administration and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Veeva CRM modules (Account Management, Call Reporting, etc.).
• Administer and develop on Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud including security, objects, pages, reports.
• Create UI components and extensions using JavaScript and Lightning when applicable.
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure functionality and performance.
• Document knowledge bases, SOPs and guidelines for local and global teams.
