Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technology field with 2 years IT experience in software development, administration and support.
• Experience in SDLC methodologies, testing standards, and cloud/native applications.
• Experience with JAVA or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault CRM modules (Account Management, Call Reporting, Key Message Alignment, Sample Management).
• Strong hands-on admin, development experience in Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud (security models, profiles, objects, pages, components, reports/dashboards, data loader).
• Develop custom UI components and extensions using JavaScript and Vault CRM configuration layer.
• Coordinate with testing team to ensure functionality and fix defects.
• Document Knowledge Base docs, SOPs, solutions and guidelines for local/global teams.
