Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a CRM/AI engineer to develop and integrate AI-enabled features in Veeva and Vault CRM ecosystems. You will support AI/ML workflows, data integrations, and predictive dashboards for field representatives and managers.

The role involves prototyping Generative AI capabilities within Veeva CRM/MyInsights, collaborating with Data Science, and ensuring adherence to AI governance policies and life sciences standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience including configuration and customization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-enabled features within the Veeva CRM/Vault CRM ecosystem, including LLM-based solutions.
• Support AI/ML workflows and data integrations connected to CRM data pipelines and NBA/model outputs.
• Prototype Generative AI capabilities within Veeva CRM and MyInsights/X-Pages environments.
• Build and maintain AI-powered outputs for MyInsights/X-Pages and dynamic dashboards for field reps and managers.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams and contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
