Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist to lead end-to-end delivery of Veeva Quality Vault projects and to design and implement AI solutions that automate Enterprise Quality processes.

You will partner with BI&T AI, data enablement and site teams, build and deploy AI-powered applications in Python/Java, develop prompts for LLMs, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and maintain Veeva modules such as Docs, Validation Manager and QMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lifesciences analytics and AI solution development.
• Experience with AWS stack for analytics and AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault ecosystem and related modules.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of technology assets and secure deployments.
• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs; develop Python/Java AI apps.
• Lead build/test/deploy activities including security and regulatory risk reviews.
• Manage releases of Veeva Vault and related enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with IT partners and business SMEs to maximize value.
