Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Life Sciences consulting leader to drive enterprise transformation across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations. You will lead executive workshops, shape roadmaps, and expand client relationships while modernizing content supply chains and integrating Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, and CRM systems.

You will guide cross-functional, global delivery teams, applying AI-enabled solutions to planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and analytics.

Qualifications

Extensive Life Sciences consulting experience.
Experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and compliance.
Hands-on with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, authoring, workflow.
Experience leading cross-functional, global delivery teams.
Proven executive communication and business development skills.
Bachelor level degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Advise senior clients with transformation strategy and roadmaps.
Lead executive workshops and relationship expansion across pharma/biotech/medical devices.
Define content supply chain strategies including planning, modular authoring, and MLR.
Design integrated architectures connecting Veeva, CRM, DAM, and CMS platforms.
Apply AI-enabled solutions to planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and analytics.
Direct global delivery including migration, governance, risk and change management.
Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
Shape offerings, proposals and go-to-market strategies.
