Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to guide executives and transform content ecosystems across pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will drive strategy, architecture, and delivery for large, global programs, leveraging Veeva Vault, AEM, CRM, and AI-enabled approaches.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape alliances, and grow offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior client outcomes across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Life Sciences consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma/biotech/med device.
• Deep knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, and related platforms.
• Strong track record in architecture across integrated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients through executive workshops and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead transformation programs spanning planning, content, and analytics.
• Modernize tech architectures connecting multiple platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, and analytics.
• Direct global delivery and manage risk, governance, and change.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary, distributed teams.
• Grow the practice with proposals, offerings, and thought leadership.
• Develop alliances and mentor future Life Sciences leaders.
