Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting and transformation
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma/biotech/medical devices
• Strong knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, DAM, CRM, and related platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional, global delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients: lead workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, investments, and relationship expansion
• Transform the content supply chain across planning, modular authoring, DAM, MLR review, and omnichannel distribution
• Modernize technology: design integrated architectures connecting Veeva Vault/CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, and analytics platforms
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows
• Lead global delivery: manage complex programs from strategy to transition, including migrations and governance
• Build and mentor distributed cross-functional teams across domains
• Grow the practice: shape opportunities, proposals, and accelerators
• Develop the ecosystem: build alliances and mentor future leaders
