Accenture seeks an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to drive enterprise transformation across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. You will lead executive workshops, define content strategy, and shape AI-enabled, scalable solutions connecting Veeva Vault, AEM, CRM, and analytics platforms.

You will direct global delivery, build high-performing teams, and grow the practice through opportunity shaping, partnerships, and thought leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise transformation programs in pharma, biotech, or med devices.
• 5+ years knowledge of the commercial content lifecycle, content supply chain, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• 5+ years hands-on with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, or comparable platforms.
• 8+ years leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Advise senior clients: lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, investments, and relationship expansion across pharma, biotech and medical devices.
• Transform the content supply chain across planning, modular authoring, DAM, claims, MLR review, distribution, and analytics.
• Modernize technology by designing architectures connecting Veeva Vault products, Adobe Experience Manager, CRM, and data platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, briefing, authoring, tagging, QA, and analytics workflows.
• Lead global delivery and manage complex programs across strategy to transition, including data migration, governance, and security.
