Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc. is seeking a VDC Technician to support project teams in developing and coordinating construction deliverables from 3D models.

You will interpret design drawings in a 3D environment, prepare fabrication and installation drawings, and support field teams through model-based workflows. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a drive to learn new tools and processes in a fast-paced construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare isometric drawings for spool fabrication.
• Generate orthographic drawings to support field installation.
• Create TruView files from 3D models for field use.
• Perform quality control checks on drawing deliverables.
• Coordinate with modelers and project teams to meet drawing and project requirements.
• Additional tasks as needed by the project teams.
