Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a VDC Technician to support project teams by developing and coordinating construction deliverables from 3D models. You will interpret drawings in a 3D environment, prepare fabrication and installation drawings, and support field teams with model-based workflows.

The role requires detail orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced construction setting, with potential overtime.

Competenze

• Candidates must interpret design drawings in a 3D environment and create fabrication/installation drawings.
• Experience with 3D model coordination and QA of deliverables is preferred.
• Willingness to join UA Local 469 for training and education in VDC.

Mansioni

• Clean and prepare isometric drawings for spool fabrication.
• Generate orthographic drawings to support field installation.
• Create TruView files from 3D models for field use.
• Perform quality control checks on drawing deliverables.
• Coordinate with modelers and project teams to meet drawing requirements.
• Additional tasks as needed by project teams.
