Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Virtual Construction Senior Manager to lead BIM coordination, 4D sequencing, and model-based quality control across multiple projects. You will drive strategy, coordinate with clients and design teams, and ensure best practices shape project delivery.

The role requires deep VDC expertise, strong leadership, and a track record implementing BIM workflows. A four-year degree is preferred; a strong portfolio of complex projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of dedicated virtual design and construction experience.
• Experience leading and developing others, including mentoring team leads.
• Ability to manage staffing and budgets across concurrent projects.
• Proven track record implementing VDC strategies on complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of BIM tools and VDC processes through active practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the virtual construction practice aligned with company goals.
• Lead integration of BIM coordination, 4D sequencing, and quality control into project delivery.
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans and department standards.
• Identify improvements and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts.
