Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks a Senior VDC Manager to oversee VDC technologies across one or more projects, ensuring contractual compliance and productivity gains. You will mentor onsite, regional, and corporate staff while demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and client service skills.

Responsibilities include reviews with estimators, BIM/VDC coordination with owners and designers, and managing software and risk. Travel to metropolitan areas for projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of industry experience and proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with BIM/VDC and managing project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform constructability reviews with estimators on construction means and methods.
• Lead BIM and VDC efforts in preconstruction and project delivery.
• Establish relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Assign team responsibilities and monitor contract compliance.
• Develop communications processes and resolve cross‑party conflicts.
