Job summary

Morley Moss, Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Virtual Design and Construction Department. The role supports strategy, process, modeling, and coordination of prefabrication-ready projects, using BIM and 3D design tools.

You will work under the VDC Coordinator and Prefab Shop Leaders, running small to mid-size projects with senior oversight to ensure alignment with standards and goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Associate's degree in computer Drafting or Construction Management.
• Field experience in the construction trade.
• Electrical construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies and plans for implementing VDC processes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate project coordinators' performance.
• Ensure standardized workflows and protocols are followed.
• Guide project coordinators with senior oversight to meet milestones.
