Job summary

Morley Moss Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance activities for data center and facilities projects.

You will oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, supporting field teams, resolving issues, and ensuring financial accountability. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and an in-depth understanding of construction practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, and/or healthcare construction projects.
• Understanding of construction schedules and project coordination.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction project activities from inception to completion.
• Review and understand contract scope; manage turnover and bidding processes.
• Maintain project document control: insurance, permits, submittals, billing, RFIs, changes.
• Collaborate with foremen, owners, suppliers to resolve field issues and schedule delays.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
