Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Manager, Virtual Design & Construction to drive VDC/BIM adoption across projects from design through turnover. You will lead BIM implementation, coordinate with design, engineering, and field teams, and present VDC outcomes to clients and leadership.

The role requires on-site collaboration with project teams, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into practical workflows while advancing Clark standards of excellence.

Formación

• 4-6+ years experience overseeing project development and delivery (minimum two years on-site experience required)
• Demonstrated leadership with project teams on a local/regional level
• Intermediate knowledge of BIM/VDC software used at Clark: Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Synchro, Assemble, SketchUp

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle from design and construction to facilities management
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
• Work with internal departments to understand current processes, advise, and assist in implementing VDC processes
• Represent Clark by participating in VDC presentations to clients and industry groups
• Establish VDC goals and develop BIM workflows, QA/QC, and value proposition
• Manage and implement VDC project setup process
• Facilitate BIM meetings and coordination sessions
• Interact with jobsites and understand project VDC implementations
• Train personnel on BIM capabilities
• Facilitate collaboration among VDC personnel and share best practices
• Participate in industry speaking opportunities and focus groups
• Lead ongoing strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM
