Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years overseeing project development and delivery; minimum two years on-site.
• Demonstrated leadership with project teams on a local/regional level.
• Intermediate knowledge and interest of current BIM and VDC software used at Clark (Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Fuzor, Assemble, Sketchup).
• Excellent knowledge of BIM processes used for MEP coordination in project delivery.
• Exceptional presentation and training skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle from design to facilities management.
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation.
• Work with internal departments to understand processes, advise, and implement VDC processes.
• Represent Clark in VDC presentations to clients and industry groups.
• Establish VDC goals and develop BIM workflows, QA/QC, and value proposition.
• Manage and implement the VDC project setup process.
• Facilitate BIM meetings and design or MEP coordination sessions.
• Interact with jobsites to understand project VDC implementations.
