Clark Holdings Inc. seeks a Manager of Virtual Design & Construction to lead VDC strategy from preconstruction through turnover.

The role requires overseeing BIM implementation, coordinating with design, construction, and facilities teams, and representing Clark in client and industry settings. The candidate will establish BIM workflows, QA/QC, and value propositions while managing project setup and cross-disciplinary collaboration on active job sites.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience overseeing project development and delivery; on-site experience required
• Strong leadership and coordination of project teams across local/regional levels
• Proficient with BIM/VDC software and current industry practices

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VDC strategy across design, construction and facilities management
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and design/MEP coordination sessions
• Represent Clark in VDC presentations to clients and industry groups
• Develop BIM workflows, QA/QC, and value propositions
• Manage VDC project setup processes and data lifecycle
• Train personnel on BIM capabilities and best practices
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration among VDC personnel and stakeholders
• Participate in industry speaking opportunities and focus groups
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM
