Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Virtual Design & Construction Project Engineer to support VDC strategy and BIM workflows across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate models with multiple disciplines and assist in adoption of VDC practices on active construction sites.

You will work with the VDC Manager to ensure smooth deployment, quality control, and collaboration with clients, trade partners, and field engineers, while upholding Clark's standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a VDC engineer/coordination role in construction.
• Proficient with BIM workflows and Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Able to navigate complex models, drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented and proactive.
• Commitment to Clark Standards of Excellence and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on VDC strategy from design through turnover and facilities management.
• Support model coordination with Arch, MEPTF, Civil, and other disciplines.
• Facilitate BIM meetings and coordinate with project teams and site personnel.
• Oversee BIM workflows, QA/QC, and adherence to the BIM coordination plan.
• Assist with VDC deployment, laser scans, and sUAS data integration.
• Represent Clark in client meetings and industry groups.
