Yates Construction seeks a VDC Manager to lead the adoption and execution of Virtual Design and Construction across Clarksville, AR and Hubbard, TX projects. You will guide BIM implementation, set up VDC processes, and lead coordination across design and construction teams.

With 10+ years in BIM/VDC in the construction sector, you will coordinate 3D/4D workflows, engage site teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Yates safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Associate degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field required
• Ten or more years’ experience in BIM/VDC roles, preferably in construction
• Experience leading BIM/VDC initiatives across design, pre-construction and construction phases
• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination processes

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement VDC strategy across design, construction, and facilities management
• Provide leadership for BIM implementation and coordinate with project teams
• Set up and manage VDC project environments and workflows
• Lead BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions
• Coordinate with jobsites and ensure VDC standards are applied on site
• Coordinate and maintain 3D model coordinates and 4D schedules
• Federate 3D content and integrate laser scan data into BIM
• Support training and mentoring of project staff in VDC goals
• Track VDC metrics and facilitate industry-focused initiatives
