William R Nash Group is seeking a VDC Manager to oversee the Engineering/BIM team in creating HVAC shop drawings and coordinating with various trades. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of MEP and HVAC experience and exceptional communication skills.

The position involves preparing drawings for government permits and ensuring compliance with Florida building codes. This is a full-time position based in Tamarac, FL with a focus on quality and safety within the construction industry.

Competenze

• Minimum of ten years of MEP & HVAC experience required.
• Ability to communicate workplace safety instructions in English is essential.
• Must demonstrate integrity, personal accountability, and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Manage the Engineering/BIM team for HVAC shop drawings and coordination.
